Increase in USCIS fees

Effective this July 30, 2007, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)will in crease its FILING FEE by an average of 66%. Application for Citizenship (Naturalization) will increase from $400 to $675; I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition from $195 to $ $475; I-130 Petition for Relative $190 to $355; H Visa Application from $190 to $320, among others. So advise your friends or relatives to avail of the current fees now.
