O - Ophthalmoplegia

A - Ataxia

T - Thiamine Tx

Korsakoff's Psychosis (Chronic Phase)

R - Retrograde Amnesia

A - Anterograde Amnesia

C - Confabulation

K - Korsakoff's psychosis
